The workbook is used in conjunction with the 9-week adult program. It introduces the program participants to various components of pubic speaking and provides them with communication tools that can be used personally and professionally. These tools include preparing and delivering speeches, audience awareness, teamwork, job interviewing, and leadership skills. The workbook also includes participant evaluation and assessment forms.
